Would give zero stars if available. This place was just gross. Everything was dirty and sticky. I don’t know how it would pass any inspection. We walked to the table and decided it wasn’t worth the chance. If the place was that disgusting where we could see what does the kitchen look like. If you want Red Robin pick a different one. The one in chandler is excellent.

Was informed of a gluten free menu when I arrived, when I was glancing over it I noticed they had a few items on the list that had gluten in it, like their teriyaki burger. Every time I go to Red Robin’s I always get sick. I think the management has changed since the last reviews were left.

The staff and manager are diligent at helping you select gf items if you are unsure about an order. The dedicated gf fryer is great for hot fries. Must specify gf fryer. The gf bun is excellent and worth the extra cost and calories. I’m very picky about gf breads so I am happy to have a burger on a bun here!
Yes
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
They knew what gluten-free was and had gluten-free fries from a separate fryer. Gluten-free buns are available. The chicken is also tasty. Quick service from friendly people, I would gladly come here again. I felt safe eating here.
Yes
our waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free. I got a burger with the gluten free bun and it was great! the fries are also gluten free.
Love gf fries buns. As that salsa isn't gf it should just be tomatoes and onions right?
Gluten Free Buns! They have gf buns at the one in Mesa (Stapley & the 60). They will cook your fries separately so there is no cross contamination there. Also they recently changed their house season salt to be gf too!! My husband is very sensitive and hasn't gotten sick here. Staff is knowledgable 9 out of 10 times.
This location is always a disaster. I refuse to bring my son with celiac here, simply because I’ve never received a completely accurate order. Throw in an allergy where you need to follow strict guidelines to avoid cross contamination, and I have zero confidence. The redmond location is the only location I’ve experienced a safe GF accommodating environment.

Terrible place for celiacs. Every time we order from there they get the order wrong. Order a grilled chicken salad and get a crispy. Order a gluten free bun and get a wheat bun. They can't be trusted with the smallest details. Used to be good before the pandemic but now it is terrible.

My family eats at this location all the time and my daughter who has celiac has never gotten sick. She orders a bacon cheeseburger on a GF bun and garlic fries at pretty much every visit. After reading the negative review from March I decided to double check on the fries when we ordered tonight. I asked the server if they had a dedicated frier. That threw her off for a minute which almost always happens to me when I ask people about *dedicated friers*. Servers don't always understand what that means. She explained that they have a frier that only French fries go in and then as she was explaining it, realized that what she was explaining meant that yes, they have a dedicated frier. I don't know if this is true for all locations but it is true for the Clovis restaurant. She also explained that they have a separate prep area for the GF food and that the cook would change their gloves. My daughter is very sensitive and she has no reaction whenever we eat at this location.

RR Vernon has hit rock bottom. Their GF deep fryer has been down for months. When you tell your waitress you’re Celiac…they should tell you right then that their GF fryer is down. However they wait until your burger is in front of you to tell you. Has happened 3-4 times in the last 3 months…NOT COOL…
