No matter what, I always get sick here. They have options for gluten free, but every time I’ve eaten here, I’ve gotten ill. We won’t ever go back.

It's great that they have the gluten free bun option, but mine was hard as a rock! I could've seriously played hockey with that thing. It wasn't edible. Still, it really is one of the few gf burger options in Springfield, so I guess it's better than nothing. Maybe I was just unlucky on my visit.

It was really good, you can substitute a regular bun for a gluten free one for a dollar up charge. The burgers were huge and the bun was soft and delicious!

honestly the last place i expected to be going as an extremely symptomatic celiac, but i had an amazing experience. the menus in restaurant are not labeled, but they have a very extensive allergy friendly menu online (qr code in restaurant or just look up “red robin allergy menu). this not only allows you to see what is already GF, but what substitutions you could make to make other things GF (also works for other allergens). they have a dedicated GF fryer which was a very pleasant surprise. the staff are very knowledgeable and will help you make safe choices. they have tons of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and sides that are/can be GF. the food also comes out with a purple flag to show that it is an allergy

First visit to Red Robin. Waitress was knowledgeable as to the fact there are food allergies but stressed that I know my own body. No GF menu but she showed me the allergy list on her tablet. Stated several times that she would flag my order as allergy. Great experience. Not celiac but gluten intolerant. No issues from my meal. Had a burger on GF bun and fries.

I used to love this place. The dedicated-fryer fries are still delicious. Today I had the Southwest Salad (no jalapeño coins!) and was glutened - first time I can remember with that dish. And yet the WORST part of the meal was the change in the quality of the chicken. It was gristly and inedible. They were kind and apologetic and did admit the chicken (supplier?) was recently changed. The manager said some people find the new chicken”chewier.” YUCK. I can’t express how truly awful my food was here today. Super nice staff, refunded for the salad, but I will never be able to order anything with chicken from Red Robin again. It was all I could do not to be ill at the table. I don’t honestly know if I can ever go back. Take out fries, maybe. Penny-wise and pound-foolish, Red Robin.

Stopped in a few times for a lettuce wrapped burger and fries. Mentioning gluten allergy/ issues is all it seems to take for them to switch to an allergy marked order, with everything coming out flagged. I know it’s a basic chain but when even the seasoning is GF labeled, easy.
