The food was great and the staff were very friendly! The had good knowledge on what could be made gluten free. Service was fast! Dedicated fryer and unlimited fries was heaven 🤣 Just as a side note we went on a Friday night and it was very busy and loud inside. We sat on the patio and it was much more comfortable sound wise.

I always ask but kelowna location offers a dedicated fryer. Always grateful for the extra precautions they take there. Never had an issue

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Ordered by phone during COVID19. It rang for a long while but when answered the staff were pleasant. When I asked for gluten free they confirmed allergy vs. Preference. The burgers were great on the best restaurant gf bun I have had yet! Highly recommended for food quality and attention to gf needs!
Gf bun is excellent!

Staff is knowledgable, they have a gluten free menu that’s so detailed, and if you tell them it’s celiac (or allergy) they’ll bring your food to you by manager with a little allergy flag in it so everyone dealing with your food knows it’s not just preference.

They have a allergy free menu. They give you an iPad with the menu options like gluten it tells which items are gluten free or dairy free. It's amazing
Had the Simple Burger on a gluten free bun (Udi’s brand) and fries which are cooked in a separate fryer. Enjoyed having a hamburger and fries.

I dined here last night and was very pleasantly surprised at the way they Handel allergies. My servers name was “shy” she was so nice and understanding and made me feel very comfortable eating here. I got a burger with a gluten free bun and a side of fries. The bun was amazing and the fries were so good and crispy. Definitely adding this to my list of safe places to eat !

This was the first restaurant I’ve been, since being diagnosed 3 months ago, that has made me feel welcomed even with celiac. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and when I said I had celiac she knew exactly where to point me for safe foods. She also made sure to tell me that the fries were safe as well. It was just so nice not having to explain everything! And my burger (on a lettuce wrap) and fries were delicious!!

They almost killed me. I think with gluten it may be okay to eat here but after telling the waitress I was deathly allergic to tomatoes, there was a slice of tomato under my fries. No one at the table ordered anything with tomato. There was no reason for a slice of tomato to be under my pile of fries. I still can’t believe this happened. The waitress apologized and took it off the bill, but my life could have ended. The manager did not come out to address anything.
