Travelled from Ontario to go here since all the Red Robins closed in Canada. I wasn't too hungry so I just got fries and a salad. House salad was mediocre. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer (only fries) and are just how I remember them!

My daughter and I have eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. The gluten free bun is good and doesn't, completely, fall apart, and they have a separate fryer for the fries. This Red Robin is definitely a great option.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
When we were stationed in fort drum 2016-2021 we ate at Watertown Red Robin all of the time because it was one of the only places my daughter with celiac could eat. We became friendly with many servers and their bun is the only one our daughter really likes because it’s soft. We also appreciate the food being flagged and gluten free fries.

We order from this location last night. The online ordering allows you to select food allergies so the items are marked. You can also add in a comment about allergies. The buns can be swapped for GF buns. The GF fries are cooked in a separate dedicated fryer. My daughter got a kids cheese burger with GF buns and GF fries. After her first bite, she said "Wow, I forgot how good a burger tastes with an actual bun!" When we picked up the food everything had a label on it. So the GF food was easy to identify and it was marked as GF. We will definitely order from here more often.

I was promised gf food was prepared separately and that everyone was knowledgeable regards cross contamination.. But I became overwhelmingly sick, as did my celiac daughter(a few hours apart). Says and days in bed with unbearable pain.
Based on how sick I became I suspect the great tasting burger and fries were full of gluten - given the wrong stuff, perhaps
It makes me sad and scared to try anywhere again

I have celiac, and have been here at least a dozen times, and always been safe. The staff is all very knowledgeable and helpful!
The server was amazing. Very knowledgeable!! She made us so comfortable and explained everything. I highly recommend Red Robin for gluten free choices. Full menu of gluten free options to include the burger buns.

Knowledgeable staff! Great food! As a Celiac I feel very reassured that every precaution is being taken so I can avoid becoming deathly ill!

A good place to go when traveling.
Excellent service and the waiter we had was knowledgeable and helpful to make sure food was as safe as possible.

Always take great care and knowledge when I inform them of my “allergy.” It’s a great place to bring the whole family and still feel safe eating. I’ve gone there 3 times since my diagnosis and I always check the allergy friendly menu on my phone before ordering. I haven’t gotten sick and have left feeling satisfied.

Server didn’t seem to cater to allergy needs and this specific red robin does not have the purple allergy sticks in their entrees either. I was with a group of other people and we all asked for extra fries, and I specified again that I needed mine in their allergy fryer, and all of the baskets came out looking the same and randomly placed, no indication which was the gluten free. When I originally asked our waitress about wanting my fries in the gluten free fryer, she claimed that the fries were gluten free anyway and it didn’t matter, WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION. I had a simple burger plain on a gluten free bun with fries- a meal I’ve ordered many times at other red robin’s and have been fine- and I was glutened.

They are great with gluten free orders and their food is great. Not many gluten free options though. Great for kids and big groups, I have never gotten sick.

The hamburger patties are no longer gluten free. The same goes for the chicken breast.
