I have never felt more comfortable when eating out with my Allergies/dietary needs. Staff was genuinely concerned about getting the details of my allergies and how to support a stress free dinning.
I did have to pull up the allergy menu on my phone which was a bit annoying cause my phone wasn’t loading fast enough.

Love this place!! One of the only Red Robin’s that I’ve found that is safe and I feel comfortable going to. Never gotten sick and I’m extremely sensitive and the servers are always great about my gf needs!

This place is actually one of my go tos when I eat out. I have eaten here several times. I feel like I have lots of options. They always bring me the allergy menu and staff has been knowledgeable and helpful. I have never gotten sick after eating here.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Did not have a good experience here. They only have a list of ingredients to choose from as their “gluten-free” menu. Server and management is unwilling to assist. They will not tell you what is in the food and will not let you make your own choices.
— No gluten-free information on the menu

Love their GF burger options. They have a menu you can look at online as well as their own GF fryer for their fries.
The previous comment is correct. I keep breaking out after eating here.
Cross-contamination Spy Kids who don't really care
A full allergen menu, including gluten free, displaying options to for modifications and substitutions.
Make sure you use the word “allergy” when ordering as this puts an alert on your order. I was asked if it was an allergy or personal preference and told that personal preferences are not taken seriously by the kitchen. This does make me question how seriously they take allergies but I wouldn’t know if there was cross contamination as I don’t have symptoms.
I got a burger and fries. The gluten free bun was surprisingly good. Fries can be prepared in a dedicated fryer - be sure to request this. I was told the patties aren’t cooked on a separate spot on the grill but they are kept separate from the buns.
Red Robin’s website has a great interactive allergy menu that helps you figure out which items you need to avoid or make substitutions on. Everyone else’s burgers came with a wooden stake and mine came with a purple colored one to distinguish it.

Had Danielle as a waitress who was very understanding and helpful even though it was a Friday night and they were very busy. The hamburger was fantastic and the bun was so good I had to make sure it was gluten free. I even bought some to take home. I waited to post to make sure I did not ha e any reactions and none whatsoever!

We Go when on vacation. They are always very careful with our allergies. My husband has several allergies and has never had a problem here. Wait staff is great and the manager usually comes out to check on us.

They have a dedicated fryer! My usual splurge is their Pig Out Tavern Double with Fries...just tell the server you are celiac.
