Are there safe options, yes. But is it good? No. Also the “options” are salads, and bland ones at that. While I appreciate having some food rather than none- I don’t associate a good menu selection with just salads… the staff took forever to get us food, they brought my salad with a labeled allergy out touching the burger meal my family ordered. I don’t understand why they don’t hold the gluten free one on top but I digress. You have to ask for the gluten free menu as they don’t post it anywhere which was annoying. Also there’s no cell service when you’re at the lodge so you can’t check find me gluten free š

They had quite a few options that are gluten free and all the sides are gluten free. To be honest though, the food is pretty mid. it’s a good spot in a pinch but I wouldn’t take a detour to eat here.

We stopped here after a long day of hiking. The host at the stand was very knowledgeable when I mentioned my daughter has celiac. He admitted there wasn't much, but told us our options. When I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad for her, he immediately knew to add a note about croutons and tagged her dish separately. When the food was brought out, they made a point to mention the "gf allergy" dish. My daughter enjoyed the salad and did not get sick. After being tired of hiking (and eating lunch every day in our camper for our road trip) she didn't even care that salad was her only option. *All the salads could be made gf. *The host mentioned there were more gf options at the other cafe next door, but wasn't sure if they were safe, which when I checked, were not. ***This lodge is inside the park. When searching for Zion, I found many options in the area, but they were all outside the park itself.
