Wonderful place to eat. I had the asparagus mushroom gyre omelet with hash browns and gluten free raisin cinnamon bread(from the local GF 3rd coast bakery). My husband said the western omelet was very good too. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten free asking me if it was an allergy or preference. They also asked if I had any other dietary restrictions. We will eat here again. After eating there are nice unique shops to browse in the building.

Great breakfast and lunch place. GF items are not marked on the menu, but the waiter carefully explained all modification. My omelette was made in a separate pan and the toast was GF cinnamon raisin from 3rd Coast GF Bakery in TC.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Had two different types of the best gluten free bread I have ever had. Didn’t even upcharge me for the bread! Classic Egg combo was so good will definitely come again. Yummy in my tummy.

This is, hands down, one of my favorite places to go when I am visiting Traverse City. They take great care of preparing the food, using separate prep space. As a celiac, I’ve eaten here many times successfully! I can’t wait to go back!

To clarify, this restaurant only offers gluten free bread to accompany the egg dishes or as a replacement for sandwiches. Today, from the time we were seated (11:10) to when our food arrived was 50 minutes. As far as a local gluten free option, it wasn’t worth the wait time or parking hassle.

Great little Cafe in a historic building with fantastic ambience. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about my dietary needs since I'm Celiac. I had the garden omlet with fruit. The gluten free toast is prepared in it's own toaster. Great food!

The waitress was more on top of it then I was! I ordered the crab cake Benedict, and then went "Ok, please make sure that there's no English Muffin, or that it doesn't come with toast..." And she went "There's bread crumbs in the crab cakes.", and I was like "Well, crap...", and started selecting all over again. I settled on the smoked salmon Benedict, and started to rattle off the bread/toast thing again, and she went "If this is an allergy issue, we serve gluten free bread..." 😧 You do?! Knowledgeable staff, felt well taken care of, and honestly served probably the best gluten free bread I've ever had. Can not recommend highly enough!!
