The chef running the kitchen seems to understand GF and can make most menu items GF with some modifications. The wait staff had also had some training about GF foods. We had ribs with a GF pork sauce instead of the regular BBQ sauce. Many other items are naturally GF. The waitress did not bring the standard bread basket, demonstrating her knowledge. They are closed for the winter, so staff may change. For future summers, it may be best to call ahead and check this one out before heading there. Delicious food, beautiful, rustic setting.
