No GF fryer. Offers GF crust for their flatbreads. Not much of a selection other than that. Drinks were good.
I am honestly kinda baffled the review here is so high. This place is an excellent establishment. Their food is incredibly well made and the taste is immaculate. I love their flatbreads! However, their menu seems to imply a lot more is gluten free. NOTHING THAT IS GRILLED OR FRIED ON THE MENU IS GLUTEN FREE DUE TO CROSS CONTAMINATION. Despite having gluten free buns, people with celiac are not able to order these sandwiches safely. This is a really big problem considering how the menu labels itself. If you are not concerned about cross contamination, I can absolutely recommend this place as their food does taste amazing. However, if you deal with more severe celiac, your options are very limited. If you want a good flatbread, this place will have you covered but there isn’t much else. The food here is also really unhealthy, the pizza I ordered was 90% bacon.

I had the Betty’s White flatbread and it was delicious! I tested it with my Nima and it came back safe. It was softer than most flatbreads I’ve tried. They put the flatbreads on a tray before going in the oven so it isn’t entirely safe from cross-contamination, but they have other options as well and I didn’t get sick. Shared fryer for fries.

Great GF flatbreads. All sandwiches and burgers can be made GF with Udi’s bread. The appetizers were not GF.

Stressed to the server that I needed to be gluten free. He made sure the kitchen knew to prevent cross contact. Came on a toasted Udis roll. Ordered the side of steamed seasonal veggies in place of the fries [had a bad experience at another place earlier in the week and did not want to risk it].

My son had no reactions following. He ate a burger and was also able to have the clams appetizer.

I found this restaurant difficult to navigate as a celiac patron - I called in advance to ask about GF options and their menu offers Udi’s GF buns for burgers and a house-made GF flatbread crust. However, they specialize in burgers and according to my server they DO NOT have a separate GF area of their grill (they toast buns on the grill). Fryer is also not dedicated. For flatbreads they put GF/no cross-contamination orders on a separate tray before putting them in the oven, so I had that as the safest option (and it was really good!) but was limited to the flatbreads with no grilled toppings or with toppings that weren’t clearly GF like sauces (so that excludes bacon and grilled chicken at minimum). My server was somewhat knowledgeable and understood the seriousness of celiac/cross contamination (it was even printed on the receipt) but the onus was really on me as the patron to keep asking questions about the different dishes. Overall, I would say that the restaurant is capable of making celiac-safe food, but there are very few options that look safe, the menu isn’t labeled in an accessible way, and it takes effort from a celiac patron to make sure what you’re ordering is okay.
They are not very educated on gluten free. They cook the gluten free pizza on the same surface as the regular pizza. I asked them to toast the GF bun so it doesn’t fall apart and they only lightly toasted 1 side so it fell apart and then they charged $2 extra.

The staff was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and also double checked everything again in the kitchen. Had a fantastic turkey sandwich on a gf udi bun.

Very good food. Didn't get sick.

Great gluten free flatbreads! Fries and appetizers are not gf because they don’t have a separate fryer but the pizzas and sandwiches are great!

After the reviews I was skeptical but decided to try for myself. When I asked the Hostess she seemed very knowledgeable about my needs. She did specifically say their fryer was dedicated. Our waitress vendors hesitated when I said I wanted the loaded steak fries because the Guinness cheese is not g-free. Uchiha of the time my reaction is the day or two after and so far I am fine. They were quite busy so service was a bit slow but the PB and Jellysee hamburger was a pleasant surprise. If you're in Ithaca check them out.

Sadly, their fryer is no longer gluten free - I miss their tater tots and fries. I don't think their staff is aware of what a special treat that was for us. Their GF flatbread is really good- though I would stress the presence of Celiac and makes sure they don't contaminate their prep area.

I have been here twice and had a good experience both times! The flatbreads have one of the best GF crusts I've tried.
The waiter seemed confused when I asked about gluten free options, and said that he thought almost everything was. I had one of the GF flatbreads - it was delicious, but I got sick afterwards, so I won't be coming back.

I chose the gluten free chicken pesto Flatbread. The crust was herby and tasty. I am a very sensitive Celiac and did not have a reaction. I highly recommend.
Fantastic salads. Gf buns available. Enjoyed every bite
Gluten free flatbread was outstanding! I wish we lived closer. Highly recommend!
