I went here for dinner with friends because it had a large Gf selection. When I asked, I was told they do not use a dedicated fryer so I chose to stay away from all fried items. Reading reviews from others, they were told it WAS a dedicated fryer. We got the Caesar salad with the croutons separate, the won ton tacos (mine was wrapped in lettuce and brought out on its own dish), and then the Jamaican jerk chicken. I would have loved to try the poutine and the chicken fried lobster, but I didn’t want to risk getting sick.

Love love love! Their menu is small which is always a good sign. They have awesome savory gf options. My personal favorites are the burger which has brisket and the poutine fries which also hs as brisket. You won’t be disappointed. So delicious

as someone who has worked at Regale for over a year and who also has celiac I can 100% say that everything marked gluten free on the menu is safe for a celiac. The chefs are very knowledgeable on celiac and will be happy to answer any concerns you might have as well as any of the servers. Food is awesome and i was eating there way before i worked there. highly recommend going to check it out.

The owner/chef is amazing! He understands celiac and gluten free. His menu has so many amazing options that are GF (even items we never can have at restaurants like waffles/breaded items/fries/etc), so grateful for a yummy restaurant that has a dedicated fryer!!!

This is my absolute favorite! Most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free. Staff are very knowledgeable as is the owner! The fryer is dedicated gluten free. The chef/owner has ensured that all fried items on the menu are gluten free so that the only fryer can be gluten free! The chicken fried lobster and waffles is an absolute must!

We’ve been here several times now. The food is soooooo good. They have a waitress with celiac. And it’s a really small place which makes me more comfortable. Make a reservation and head over some fabulous food.

This food is so unique and delicious. They know what they’re talking about here & I’ve never gotten sick. Everything I’ve tried from here has been incredible and full of flavor. Lovely staff who never make you feel like an issue.

I found this place by happenstance. Owner is from Canada. Small, local restaurant with fresh food & good cocktails! Menu routes. Tell the restaurant about your allergies and the chef will make sure everything is made for you safely. I’ve been 3x now and have never gotten sick. I’m celiac who cannot eat dairy, eggs, grain, pork/beef. I’ve always had a great meal here. Always leave full and satisfied. And have never gotten sick! A must try!

The food is meant to be shared like tapas style so we enjoyed many items. We ordered the chicken fried lobster with waffles, winter squash salad, poutine, and lamb scotch egg ALL GLUTEN FREE.

Everything is on point! Super flavorful, beautiful presentation and reasonably priced. My husband isn't gf and was extremely impressed.

The chef even came out to chat with us. He's blending his own mix of flour and has forgone traditional flour in the kitchen bc it gets too complicated, so all the fried foods and waffles are always gluten free. My husband ordered a dish that was not gluten free and the server reiterated that it was NOT gf when he delivered it to the table.

We will be back for sure. I highly recommend for a date night or a nice evening with the family.
