They have an extensive allergen list which made gf choices easy. I had the Goat Curry served with rice and beans and sautéed cabbage and carrots. The goat was tender and the spices blended well without overpowering. The smoothies are flavorful and large. The portions are generous so expect to bring home leftovers.
