This restaurant is family owned and run, and they will make sure your food comes out exactly the way you want it - including taking all of the precautions needed for allergies/intolerances/Celiac. I asked them to use fresh water and cookware to prepare my GF pasta, and they did so. I (a very sensitive Celiac) did not get sick.
GF penne pasta is available with almost any of their sauces. I had the marinara dish, and it was out of this world. They also have GF spumoni ice cream for dessert. Overall, the food is fantastic!
