I went in one night to talk with the manager about eating here, and he was extremely helpful. He marked all the items on the menu that I could eat and modifications that could be made to other dishes. He was extremely knowledgeable about gluten, their kitchen procedures, the menu and the ingredients of every dish. He told me that they have at least one gluten-free customer nearly every day, and that he personally oversaw the training of the kitchen staff on gluten and cross-contamination issues. I look forward to sampling their food at a future date! This would be a great place for a special night out. The decor is beautiful. The menu looks great and the prices are on the high end.
