Le personnel est très aux faits du menu et de la présence du gluten. La cuisine a un espace dédié pour les pitas, les risques de contamination croisée sont bas. J’ai visité le restaurant plusieurs fois sans jamais avoir de problème.

Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten. The kitchen has a dedicated space for bread and pitas, so cross contamination risk is low. I went to Alep on several occasions and never experienced issues.

I called in before going and the staff assured me that I would be well accomodated and that I just had to tell the wait staff that I'm Celiac before ordering. We got the tasting menu and our waiter did an incredible job in describing what I could and I couldn't eat. Instead of pita, he gave me a plate of cucumbers and tomatoes. (Make sure to grab a good glob of the mezzes before your non-Celiac friends dip their pita in). Overall I had a very enjoyable and safe meal! I would definitely go again.
