After calling the restaurant and making the reservation as someone with celiac and a gluten allergy, then alerting the host, and two waiters who all assured me I would be taken care of … I order a Caesar salad that is thankfully prepared at the table. Watch them make it and ask what sauce they are pouring in … it’s Worcestershire. Knowing it’s so rarely gluten free I asked them to check with kitchen. It was not gluten free. I nearly got glutened on my birthday. We walked out of restaurant and left for the Conrad Hotel Mesquite restaurant which is very gluten free knowledgeable. I would NOT eat at Tuna Blanca with a gluten allergy.
