Mention spéciale pour la poutine et les clubs sandwichs! Le tout sans gluten et préparé dans un espace dédié à l’arrière. Friteuse séparée pour les frites sans gluten. Air fryer dédié pour les pogos. Très sécuritaire pour les coeliaques. La sauce a poutine sans gluten est préparée séparément, frites sans gluten, aucun autre aliment cuit dans la même friteuse, un sac de fromage neuf est ouvert pour les poutines sans gluten. Excellent service... ne manquer pas le pouding chomeur sans gluten.

Super proprio qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et de nous jaser, très sympathique et très attentif aux besoins des gens sans gluten et cœliaques.

Gluten-free, vegetarian poutine! I finally found it. The owner is very nice, and carefully explained all the precautions they take to avoid cross-contamination (separate fryer, separate ingredients, change gloves, wash hands) including bringing out the brown sauce package so I could verify that it was both gluten-free and vegetarian. We didn’t eat anything else, but the poutine was great.

Frites et Poutine sans gluten. Le personnel est très compétent et connaissent très bien la contamination croisée. A chaque commande de Poutine sans gluten c’est une personne dédiée qui prend charge de la commande et ne touche à rien d’autre. Un nouveau sac de fromage est même ouvert à chaque fois.

Note that we did not eat there for lack of options. They only had poutine and fries which are gluten free despite the app mentioning burgers and hot dogs. No buns, not even the sausage are gluten free save for the tofu ones. Staff did not seem particularly knowledgeable either.

The poutine is amazing. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries and the sauce is certified gluten-free as well as the cheese. The owners family member is celiac, so the staff is very knowledgeable and they follow strict rules. Besides, the kitchen is entirely open so you get to see everything that is going on. Plus, they have vegeterian options. Great place!
