Review of Resto Le L'Assom

Gluten-free, vegetarian poutine! I finally found it. The owner is very nice, and carefully explained all the precautions they take to avoid cross-contamination (separate fryer, separate ingredients, change gloves, wash hands) including bringing out the brown sauce package so I could verify that it was both gluten-free and vegetarian. We didn’t eat anything else, but the poutine was great.
