Their website has front and center that all spices and barbecue sauces are gf! They only weigh meat on the scale, changed gloves in between orders. I didn't tell them I had Celiac as I watched how cautious they were when we got there. I only ate the brisket, I cannot speak to other sides (Beans) or meals (Redneck Cupcake).
