I met a friend here for happy hour, not planning to eat. When I asked, though, the bartender was knowledgeable about gf and celiac. They have a dedicated fryer and use Schär gf buns for burgers and other sandwiches. The bartender was knowledgeable of cross contact and was sure to let the kitchen know to prepare mine carefully. I enjoyed a burger and fries. (FYI- I have celiac disease but I don’t have GI symptoms, so I can never tell if my food was contaminated. I can’t be sure this place is celiac friendly but it seemed to be)
