As the non-Celiac mother of a Celiac kiddo, I would never feed my daughter here. I go frequently myself (they make delicious gluten pizza), but the surfaces all feel like they are coated in flour. It's a fast moving place, running primarily take-out. I'm not aware of any specific measures in place to keep their gluten-free pizza safe from this, and the other reviews here don't specify these either. You would want to ask very specific questions!
Hi Mary, we noticed your review and it prompted us to claim our listing and advise you, and others, that we are not a gluten-free facility. We cannot accommodate gluten-free diners, but we offer a gluten-friendly pizza crust that is made with gluten-free flour. When we receive orders for gluten-friendly crust, we prepare the dough on a separate stretching board, but it is cooked in the same oven as gluten pizza crusts. We totally agree with you that we do not recommend any of our products to celiacs. We specifically label our product as Gluten-Friendly, not Gluten-Free, and we just wanted to respond to you to clear up any confusion. We appreciate your patronage in any case, and thanks for your review.
The BEST GF pizza I've had so far — I really don't know how it could get any better than this.
Their pizza has the most amazing crust. I couldn't stop talking about how incredible it was the whole time I was eating it. What a treat! This is certainly my top go-to pizza place in Toronto now.
Not a lot of space for dining in and it isn't restaurant-style serving & seating. For anyone looking for that type of experience, I recommend Cantina Mercatto instead.
Best GF crust I've ever had. Very airy and soft. Vegan cheese was awesome as well.
