We asked for a GF menu and our waitress said they discontinued it because they sometimes have to make substitutions and cannot guarantee GF. Sigh. We've eaten here once before so we decided to make our safest choices, take the risk and eat. We ate ribs, pulled pork and brisket with the mild BBQ sauce, corn and coleslaw.
The food was good and after a few hours neither my son nor I have had any symptoms of contamination. We probably won't return though. Sad to see so few safe GF options between between Dallas and OKC.

The staff was very knowledgeable about their gluten free offerings. They had a gluten free menu. The chef was very careful and prepared the sides separately for me. They also gave me individually sealed BBQ sauce to prevent cross contamination.
Yes
They have a GF menu, but can't guarantee no cross-contamination.

I would not recommend this place if you’re gluten sensitive or celiac.
I was very hopeful when I went in, they have an allergen menu and seemed like they were accommodating after I told them I am a diagnosed celiac.
First issue is that you will have to make some assumptions between the allergen menu and main menu and there are not a lot of options for you to eat.
I made my order with no problem, I got a salad and it came out with no croutons. I thought this is a good sign. However, when I got my meal, there was a piece of bread nestled between my proteins. I told the server that I needed to have it remade. Here is where the trouble starts. The server was annoyed and said she can just take the bread off. I insisted that it was remade and she walked off angrily.
When she brought my food again it looked like it was just thrown on my plate but no bread. I accepted it and did not think about it until a few hours later when I was in the restroom suffering from being glutened.
Thinking back to what the plate looked like, it looks like she just removed the bread and some of the meat that may have been touching the bread.
This place is not safe!

They have a GF BBQ sauce option. I ordered a loaded baked potato with pulled pork.

I have tried rib crib a couple times after calling and being told their gluten free options. Sadly I always get sick after. I wouldn’t chance it.
