Review of Rib Shack

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Our waiter was unsure about one sauce and called the owner to be certain before telling me it was ok. Pretty much anything on the menu is gluten free unless it is fried. Sweet potato fries & French fries are gluten free but prepared in common fryer. I was super impressed with this place. Our waiter went above and beyond. He even told us about other local restaurants we should try.
