The food was delicious and the staff was so helpful! The fryer has gluten in it so you’ll need to avoid that but everything else is pretty safe. They said most of their items are gluten free and it’s just some of the sauces that contain gluten which are added on the side when served. Because of this, they just swap out sauces when you order something gf and the prep areas are very safe from cross contamination. I wish we were still in the area so I could go back again!
