Just tried Rice Tales, and asked what their gluten free options were. The lady at the front said they didn’t have anything, nothing was gluten free or friendly, everything comes into contact with soy sauce or something with wheat. Best option in the yvr airport seems to be a bag of ruffle chips.

No allergen menu but staff were knowledgeable and made sure my gluten free was made with clean utensils away from other meals.

Very knowledgeable staff person. This is a fast food type place in the Vancouver air port. Gluten free options weren’t listed but when asked she easily listed my options and called out to the kitchen allergy gluten and it was listed on my order. Certainly not a ton of options, but a handful.

Rice and noodle bar. They have two sauces that are gluten free, and only seafood or veggie meals (I assume the other meats are breaded). Was alright but the honey garlic sauce I got was very sweet. Good enough for a quick airport meal. Person who took my order told the chef it was a gluten free meal and he got a clean pan to cook in.
This is a fast food place so it's always a risk (I was starving so took a chance). It's almost entirely rice and rice noodles. The lady who took my order told me which sauces (only 2 of their 18 sauces) and bowls were okay for me and I saw her tell the cook that it was an allergy order. That's about as good as it gets for this type of place. Food was alright and I felt okay afterwards.
