Awesome breakfast. My wife is gluten intolerant and we enjoyed the breakfast so much that we made sure to return before we left town. They have GF waffles and GF pancakes and French toast (note, french toast not GF). We also did the ham and eggs scramble. Huge. Next time we are in town, we will return here for sure, and have the oven bake omelets. We did not realize until later that was one of their specialties. Wait was not bad. About 15 mins for two with 10 to 15 people on line during weekday.

Had the gluten free pancakes and they were amazing. I did not get sick after, and I’m very sensitive. They were so good, I almost questioned if they were really gf. And the coffee was amazing!! They solely source it, and then for bacon/sausage/fresh ingredients, they locally source all of it. Wonderful business to support.

They do not have a separate grill or waffle iron. Not Celiac safe. Messages all over the menu note high likelihood of allergen cross contamination.

I assumed if I said I was celiac and had them notate a gluten allergy when we ordered that that would be enough but it wasn’t. You need to be sure you specifically tell them how to cook your food and emphasize the importance of it (eggs and hash browns in a separate pan, not on shared grill). They brought my food along with some friends’ food who are not gluten sensitive and the staff couldn’t tell me which, if any, was the food prepared gluten sensitive. They remade it for us to be safe which was nice. They told me eggs were safe and I later found out they’re made on the same griddle as the regular pancakes. Waffles are in a shared iron so that’s a no go for sensitive folks. Sausage is floured so also a no go. Wait at 7:30 was just a few mins. They do a great job of getting people in and out.
Not only gf, but dairy free too!
Great pancakes. Tasted like the regular pancakes. So much so I wondered if I got the wrong order. No reactions (I react within 30 minutes of being glutened.)confirmed I had the correct pancakes. Prepare for a 20 minute wait outside in line however.
Gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. I had a Belgium waffle with strawberries. The waffle was great and the strawberries were the best I have ever had. No reaction, good experience.
Yes
Staff friendly, knowledgeable about gluten-free offerings. Enjoyed the gluten free waffles!!

I was really excited about going here to get their gluten free waffles. Lots of good reviews on this place and then when I got there, they stated that they don't have a separate gluten free waffle griddle and that they only clean the waffle griddle with hot oil before using it for their gluten free waffles. I'm super sensitive so I was unable to have their waffles, what a bummer. They did let me know as well that their grill is used for grilling breads but they clean it off with hot oil for eggs and such.
I asked if I could have an omelette in a pan instead and they were able to accommodate. Great omelette, definitely able to feed two people!
Yes
Amazing as always this place never disappoints us when we come from Az to visit , I was worried with my new gluten allergy I would have to give this place up much like other staple places we used to go and can’t but no they have gf choices and they still taste amazing
Yes
Knowledgeable staff! Gluten free waffles and pancakes available. Be prepared to wait as it is a small restaurant.
The gluten free pancakes are really good. Other reviews say a long wait. We got here at 7 am and didn't have to wait at all. Service was great. For 3 people, it was $63 + tip.
Busy place! Had to wait in line long to be seated. Staff was great. The gluten free waffle was ok - on the doughy side
Went early (7:45/8) no wait at all. GF waffle was great! No issues. Also, REALLY good coffee.
Yes
Line was WAY too long (45+ people) so we went across the street to Skybound, which was great.
Food must be good, but did not get to try it so 3 stars.
Not a Celiac Friendly restaurant. I wanted Gf waffles that stated Gluten Free in menu and staff indicated that they are made in same waffle maker as regular waffles and pancakes made on same grill. I appreciate the waiter telling me. Wheat free but not gluten free.
Plan on waiting an eternity. :(
Went at 7:30 a.m. The place had no wait & plenty of staff. I ordered the GF strawberry waffle & it was amazing! Fresh strawberries not a compote or canned crud. My boyfriend had an omelette that was huge!
Very good food! Great gluten free pancakes and waffles. Highly recommend.
Yes
They have both gluten free pancakes and gluten free waffles and you can add any topping you want. I'm sure there's some amount of cross contamination, but the pancakes were almost like real pancakes. Best I've had in a while!
Really tasty gf pancakes and Belgian waffles, plus the best coffee ever. their omelettes are delicious too. Always excellent service but get there early because there's always a line.
I have yet to get a gf waffle or pancake that is as good as a wheat-filled one, but it was still pretty tasty. I ordered a waffle with bananas and enjoyed it. The service was excellent, too.
only the pancakes were gluten friendly, which were quite non-descript. but had the biggest fluffiiest most delicious omelet ever!
Yes
This restaurant does NOT have GF waffles or pancakes. 'GF waffles' are made in the same iron as the regular ones. The pancakes are made on the same griddle. DO NOT go here if you are concerned about cross contamination. I left as they clearly don't know anything about gluten and cross contamination.
No
Delicious waffles.

I ate the gf and vegan pancakes with blueberry compote. I did not like the pancakes. Too dense. However, I did not get sick. I would go back and order something else

Excellent pancakes. The best I’ve had. Others have said they were exposed here but I did not have that problem. The server communicated my allergy to the kitchen and I was ok. Superb pancakes, even leftover.

Ordered Eggs and hash browns because I was told they were safe, I was very clear that if anything was cross contaminated I could not eat it. I had my breakfast and an hour later I was doubled over sick.

GF pancakes and waffle are made on same grill. What is the point of that? You can order an omelette that is baked on safe surface, but the potatoes are also same grill and there is no GF toast. Coffee is very good as was the Mediterranean omelette.
