Review of Rise Bakery

I am gluten sensitive and skeptical of gf products. I am usually very disappointed. My husband who has no gluten issues said we should go in and take a look. Wow! We got the cheddar jalapeño bread and the challa. I have only tried the cheddar jalapeño but I am a fan. Toasted it and it tasted just like I remember bread tasting. The mouth feel was not at all gummy. Thank you for creating a great product.
