Thoroughly excellent and authentic. This is a proper Italian restaurant (run by a family of rice farmers) — not a random Italian-American place that might carry a GF pasta substitute. I’ve tried a lot of GF pastas in my day but this is simply the best. The risotto is perfectly al dente too. I’d say this is a must visit in NYC. Your non celiac/GF friends will love it too.
