Simply amazing. If you like risotto, you have to come there. We were there in 2018 and dreamed about their risotto till our next visit (yesterday-2022). High quality ingredients and 100% gluten free menu. We will definitely come there next time in Rome!

This place only served rice based products, so it is safe but underwhelming for flavor. Would not be the first place I go if I was in Rome.

We made reservations online, but when we arrived they said they already emailed me to let me know they were too full. However, a table came free and they seated us a few minutes later. The rice breads came out hot and were delicious! I ordered the mushroom risotto and it was well prepared, but tasted better after adding ground pepper. They were amenable to not adding any cheese or dairy. I did not see a dessert menu. Overall it was a nice dinner.

We had been to the location in NYC so we decided to try out this location in Rome. The risotto here is the best. So many variations and very high quality ingredients. The arancini starter is delicious! This location is in a super cute part of Rome down a quiet, charming street.

Delicioso! Loved the warm bread basket and artichoke risotto and that everything was gluten free! The brownie was ok but could’ve been denser/more chocolatey.

So nice to have a full GF experience. Biggest treat here is the starter bread basket (and rice cakes) being warm rice flour focaccia. Menu is mostly risotto but a couple other starters as well. Food was nice and staff efficient.

Served wine and also had GF beer!

Vibe was a bit subdued when we dined there so knocking off a star for that but food wise flavors were great and the risotto delivered. Maybe was just a late, off night on a Tuesday in terms of atmosphere. Had they just turned in some music it would’ve made a difference.

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal here. We shared an order of arancini to start. They were delicious, and luckily there were just four tiny ones, because our main courses (artichoke risotto and pistachio and burrata risotto) were very filling… and delicious. We had no room for dessert (just as well, since we’d had gf gelato at Grom earlier in the day), but we really enjoyed our tasty and relaxed meal.

I ordered a saffron risotto and it was absolutely delicious !! My Friend who is not GF liked too ! The people are very friendly and the price are correct. I ate a really good rice focaccia too

Their gluten free bread is so good! I also had risotto with minced pork and veal and it was decent. I forgot to find out if it was dairy free but I felt fine after. I would go back!

100% GF!!! The risotto was amazing and so many choices!! We loved sampling each other’s know it was all safe for my daughter!

Fairly good food if you are really into rice. All dishes are rice with your choice of main topping. I would have given more stars but they charged for items not ordered and did not realize till after had left. Check your bill closely before walking away.

Quaint little restaurant off the beaten path. Authenticity Italian- risottos were very tasty. My favorite was the rosemary. No AC tho and was extremely hot and uncomfortable.

100% gluten free and delicious! They brought us some free apps including an amazing GF focaccia. All of our risottos were great, but the orange and fennel one was a big winner. Great service and great food.

Waiter told me everything gluten free except one of their rice based beers (this is labeled well on menu). I still gave my celiac card and he brought it back to chef. They felt it was safest for me to only receive their homemade rice based focaccia bread but NOT their rice crackers. The chef says rice crackers has gf ingredients but are made elsewhere so he felt safest for me knowing 100% about cross contamination. I appreciated his thought about it.

Great restaurant. Everything is GF because made of rice - even soap in the toilets :). we had a delicious antipasti with rice, then 2 risottos. desserts looked great but we were not hungry anymore. They gave us rice bread and rice crackers too. Very delicious and it's a pleasure to have gastronomical and typical italian food.

Very good! I was so stoked to be able to order ANYTHING from the menu.. I haven't been able to do that since going GF. The best part of the meal was dessert - cocoa pastry shell with coffee cream in it..sooo good 😀

Delicious. Not sure they fully understood vegan, but was able to get the artichoke risotto made dairy free. Company was happy with their apps/meals: risotto, polenta, and. rice balls. I’ve been to their Manhattan location and this one was tastier.

A 100% gluten free restaurant in Rome with delicious risotto. A nice break from pizza and pasta. We have also dined at their restaurant in New York City. Would definitely go back next time we are in Rome. Great food and service.
