Review of Ristorante Al Pozzo

Lunch in Monterosso at Al Pozzo Ristorante was a divine treat. The menu featured a trio of seafood salads, bruschetta on toasted focaccia and pesto pasta. With a bursting smile, "Mama" prepared my meal using sourdough-like gluten-free bread for the bruschetta and Probios Corn Spaghetti for the pasta. Upon me licking my plate clean, she grabbed my hand and pulled me down a windy staircase to show me her supply of gluten-free goodies in the pantry.
