We visited this restaurant based on the reviews and all the gluten free options. We were there at the end of their lunch hours and ordered one gluten meal and one regular. I needed gluten free and was happy when they brought gluten free bread to the table—until I tried it. It was typical gluten free “dry” and completely lacking flavor. We ordered gnocchi’s with gorgonzola sauce with pears and walnuts. The gnocchi were good enough, but the sauce was lack luster as well. A gorgonzola sauce should have a distinct flavor. We ordered gluten free tiramisu for dessert and that was very good. Good flavor and a definite repeat. The prices were in line with what other restaurants charge for similar dishes. The service was fine, but as much as I want a restaurant that offers gluten free to do well this is not one that I would return to or recommend.

Had a great lunch here upon arrival in Florence. There were plenty of gluten free options, they brought me bread and a GF menu right away. I had a delicious tuna salad, and beef carpaccio. I stupidly didn't realize the meat was going to be completely raw, but it was delicious! The house wine was good too. I would definitely recommend this place. My friends all liked their non GF meals as well.

The restaurant staff did a great job accommodating my gluten free dietary needs. Had the vegetable soup and the asparagus risotto. The soup was rather bland, but the excellent risotto more than made up for the soup. Ideally located near the Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio if looking for a quick lunch while sightseeing.

Our last night in Florence and one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten! Dedicated GF kitchen. I wish I found it sooner, much better than Ciro and Sons, although they were good too. I had seafood risotto, bacala over zucchini cream but ended up eating my husband’s filet with mushrooms because it was too rare for his liking. Best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten! We ordered one for our family of 5, then ordered 2 more!

Food here was creative and fantastic. I had an asparagus flan followed by a creamy bacon gnocchi with roasted pear. I was dancing in my seat, great flavor combinations.

Oh my this was the best meal in Italy for me. Start with warm gluten free bread. Watch the portions they are huge. I had this amazing Florence soup (minestrone with bread in it). Then had the risotto with asparagus and parmesan cheese and ends with the brick chicken. I am beyond stuffed and had an amazing dinner. They have a gluten free menu and just know how to treat you.

spent 3 nights in Florence and went to this restaurant 2 times . They served warm gf bread, and have a separate gf menu. The food was excellent and they have 5 or 6 gf deserts. I highly recommend the gf apple cake. If I ever return to Florence this will be the first restaurant I go to

Had lunch here. I am celiac, my wife is not. They knew exactly what I was speaking about and immediately provided gluten free menu and gluten free bread. The chicken dish was amazing with a light lemon sauce and roasted potatoes. Paired it with an excellent wine. We will be coming back again.

WONDERFUL. The gnocchi with gorgonzola and pear was to die for! Fair warning: don't freak out because on their gluten free menu it claims some of the products still have wheat. After talking to my waitress, I realized the wheat they're using is Buckwheat, it just doesn't translate well. They really understand gf here, would definitely recommend!

So impressed by this place that I ate there two nights in a row. GF bread basket, GF gnocchi, GF squid ink ridotto, and GF biscotti, all for an extremely reasonable price. Tasty food, awesome atmosphere!

While everything was delicious, they need to learn something about gluten free cooking. My wife, who has celiac disease, ordered from the gluten free menu. Almost as soon as we left the restaurant, she became very ill. Our guess is they cooked her gluten free pasta in the same water as regular pasta, or cross contaminated the gluten free bread products.

This place is heaven for a celiac! Everything I ate was amazing! They have a dedicated fryer so I was finally able to have something fried. Before the meal started they brought out a complementary soup and gluten-free bread basket. The steak was amazing! I even got to have cheesecake with mixed berries. At the end of our meal they gave us gluten-free Biscotti. Even my family who are not gluten-free enjoyed their amazing menu. The prices were right and the service was fantastic!
