We ate at Sebilla recently on a family vacation and cannot really recommend this to anyone who is a a celiac. Nothing on the menu is labeled gluten free or indicated as to whether it can be made gluten free. Some wait staff are aware of celiac/gluten/ senza gluten concerns, but most are not. The head waitress said that they could do gluten free pasta but it would slow down food for our entire table, so she recommended steak instead. The subsequent junior waiter did not know what desserts were gluten free, but recommended the sorbet. My son (a sensitive celiac) got very sick after eating said steak and a sorbet we were told was gluten free. The views are lovely, but the service is very slow, and it’s definitely not worth getting sick.

Amazing restaurant with an amazing view. You get to eat in the shadow of an ancient Roman temple. They have gluten free pasta and bread if you ask, not listed on the menu.
