We verbleven in het hotel. Het restaurant weet goed wat coeliakie is. Alles van de kaart kunnen ze glutenvrij maken. Zelfs de gnocci en de turamisu hebben ze glutenvrij gemaakt voor mij. Ze hebben verschillende soorten pasta. Eerst een schelp vormige pasta met tomaten saus en later een spaghetti met pistache pesto saus. Echt gewelig.
