Not sure they really "get" GF. Ask a LOT of questions, including where GF food items are prepped, what they're cooked in, if they come in contact with (non GF) bread, ask about all ingredients in detail. Am sure they're intentions are good, as they're very nice folks, but don't take it too seriously.

We are also a venue for gatherings as well, in a large hundred-year-old barn. We have specific menu items that are gluten-free, but have yet to make an "official" gluten free menu.
