Absolutely do not eat here if you have celiac! They said there is flour everywhere on their counter. Small kitchen. And absolutely not safe for celiac at all! They said even their GF pizza crust is dusted with regular flour to help it not stick to the pan. They said they would change the gloves but that’s about all they could promise me.

The salmon, baked potato, veggies, and salad bar were celiac safe without modifications. The food is overpriced for what you get, but you get a nice view of the river and it’s convenient if you’re staying at the lodge.
