The staff was incredible. The waitress was knowledgeable and they have a separate menu for gf detailing which items are gf but not safe for celiac. They even double checked the seasoning to ensure it was still gf before cooking. We were told the manager’s husband has food allergies so they have trained all of the staff to take it really seriously. My celiac daughter had a baked potato and jerk chicken sandwich on gf bread. She didn’t get sick and said it was absolutely delicious.
