It is hard to find gluten free pizza that tastes really good, but this is! I don't have celiac, but I'm very intolerant, and I haven't had any problems with them.

I tested with my Nima device and the gluten free pizza crust pizza contained Low levels of gluten. The cook was upfront when describing how it was prepared in a shared rotating oven. Pleasant pub, but not gluten-free.
