April 28, 2019. Did my due diligence with this restaurant. Called ahead and spoke with manager, etc. I went into the restaurant feeling confident that I could eat safely at a large family event. They had four items on their menu that were GF. My server did not know what gluten was or about cross-contamination. She assured me the kitchen understood. Nobody (the server or the kitchen) could tell me if the salad dressings were GF. I ordered the cod dish, which was said to be prepared in the GF kitchen space. I had a baked potato and the vegetable of the day. During our 95 minute family event, I became very ill with all the symptoms of being glutened. The server told my wife that she did not know that the side dishes needed to also be GF. I am pretty sure that my vegetables with marinara sauce were cross-contaminated. That is the most likely source, but I'll never know and I'll never go back to that restaurant. Beware!
