Everyone in our party was raving about this place, celiacs and gluten eaters alike! The gluten pizza is made ahead, and there was an absolutely stunning selection behind the counter. When we let them know we needed gluten free, they told us that there is always some risk of cross contamination in the shared kitchen, but they use clean surfaces and utensils for gluten free pizza. They seemed knowledgeable and we were comfortable with these precautions.

The gluten free pizza is not made ahead and is chef's choice based on the toppings they have available. They asked if we had any additional dietary restrictions or ingredients to avoid. We ordered three slices each, and they prepared three different spectacular gourmet pizza varieties for us. They make their own gluten free crust, which has a nice soft interior and crisp crust, similar to how their regular gluten crust looks.

They clearly put a lot of effort into offering delicious and safe food for us, and were very friendly and welcoming as well. Our whole group loved the pizza, and there were even gluten free amoretti cookies in a separate container at the dessert counter! Looking forward to returning every time we visit Gatineau Park.

Gluten free crust is delicious! Pizza is delicious and atmosphere is friendly. Staff is super accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that the gluten free pizza did not come into contact with the regular pizza crust.
