Roberto's Taco Shop RB

I have Celiac, very sensitive. The Carne Asada soft tacos were great! The meat is only cooked with salt and pepper, salsa Fresca and guacamole, so also dairy free. The fryers are not safe for celiac. The grill is also cross contaminated so the put my corn tortilla soft tacos on aluminum foil on the grill. The taco stays more wet than when cooked straight on the grill, but it’s worth it not to get sick.
