Gluten free items aren’t marked on the menu, but the staff is knowledgeable about which rolls contain gluten. They have actual bottles of GF Tamari, which is an improvement over most places who just have packets.
It’s BYOB, so no stress about cocktails potentially having hidden gluten
Overall an easy GF eating experience.
