I've ordered pizza on gluten-free dough twice now and I haven't had a major reaction either time. They don't have dedicated space in the kitchen, but both times I've called and talked to staff they've been very understanding and supportive, and said they'd do their best to avoid cross contamination. The pizza is very good, but there's not many other options on the menu besides salads.
