I've eaten here many times. They have many options including GF buns. Equally important they have New Grist beer.

Solid chickin sammich with avocado and big ol Docta Peppa! I wish the portion was bigger and didn't have to go to that birthday party but what are you gonna do?! Highly recommend since I'm a super sensitive person infected with Celiac Disease aka the new plague
I go here with my husband during their happy hour (M-F 3:30-6:30) and get wine and veggie tacos!
The waitstaff was very nice but had no idea, the manager was helpful. I got the Brewers club on a lettuce wrap and the fries (cooked in a different fryer). Great fries but the lettuce wrap came out as my food placed on lettuce, not great. Would not recommend

Spent the weekend in Nashville this weekend. Finding places to eat was a struggle but I do want to recommend Rock bottom there. We ended up there twice after lots of searching and my friend calling and having a lengthy chat with their manager Dwayne. When we got there and asked for him he explained everything and how they had gluten free buns and how he would prepare everything himself. He used a special plate for the burger. In all my experience with eating at a restaurant with Celiac this has been the best one by far.
Not all wing sauces are GF and the naked (non battered) wings share the fryer so there is some cross contamination, but if that’s okay for you, it’s really good!! The staff is so accommodating and they will check the ingredients for us.
I was pleasantly surprised by the gluten-sensitive menu. It does explain they can't promise there isn't cross-contamination, but that's pretty standard I think. There were several good looking salads, burgers and sandwiches with a GF bun, salmon, and chicken. GF ciders are available. I didn't notice if there were beers. I had a Brewer's Cobb Salad with ranch, very good. I'd go back.
