Spent the weekend in Nashville this weekend. Finding places to eat was a struggle but I do want to recommend Rock bottom there. We ended up there twice after lots of searching and my friend calling and having a lengthy chat with their manager Dwayne. When we got there and asked for him he explained everything and how they had gluten free buns and how he would prepare everything himself. He used a special plate for the burger. In all my experience with eating at a restaurant with Celiac this has been the best one by far.
Yes
Menu is gluten sensitive and it specifies that they can’t guarantee anything. No gf rolls, so only burgers without buns and salads. No dedicated fryer. I had a Cobb salad and there was so much blue cheese that it was borderline inedible. None of the ingredients tasted fresh neither.
Gluten sensitive menu. Cannot guarantee gluten free. I did not have a problem there. Ordered chicken. Food was okay.
Manager and waiter were very accommodating to my daughter with Celiac. she had grilled chicken and green beans. No issues
Yes
The food was terrible! Not Celiac Friendly at all.
No
My daughter and I are both GF. We were very clear with the waiter but mine showed up with a bun and her's showed up with fries. His explanation? We don't have 5 star chefs who pay attention. Avoid if going for GF lunch.
No
The waitress was knowledgeable with gf options and made a special note on my order. Food was good. I have Celiacs and am very sensitive and feel fine so no cross contamination yay !
Gluten free menu. Staff was very helpful
Yes
They recently updated the menu and no longer have a gf menu included. We were told we could just do a lettuce wrap instead of bun.

The current menu states there is a a gluten friendly menu available but the staff said this was eliminated. I would not trust their regular menu.

Came here because of the reviews and online says they have a gluten sensitive menu - they’ve gotten rid of their GF menu and don’t even have rolls. Wouldn’t recommend.

Gluten sensitive menu online is wrong. Was told I could get a sandwich with a gluten free bun. Everything in fryer is cross contaminated. I got a cob salad. Server did understand cross contamination and was helpful

I was here with a group of friends. The waiter was not knowledgeable about celiac or cross contamination and didn’t know there was a separate menu. It said on the regular menu that they had a “gluten sensitive” menu so I asked to see that. But even that said right on the menu that their food was not safe for celiac or serious allergies so I didn’t order anything. I do appreciate the franchise’s transparency about not being safe though, so that I didn’t risk it.
