Called ahead and spoke to the staff. They have a separate oven for gf. Did a good job looking up my allergies on their products (corn). Accommodate dairy-free no problem. Knowledgeable about celiac and cc. Unfortunately still got sick after the meal. Perhaps knowledge about cc and actual cross contamination that occurs in the kitchen are different.
