The server was beyond helpful! I told her I had celiac and asked if there were enough options for me to do the Restaurant Week menu. She told me exactly what to order, they brought me Tamari instead of soy sauce, and I got my own special GF dessert. No GF menu but there were knowledgeable, careful, helpful and made me feel included. No problems afterwards at all.
We went on NYE and they had the regular menu, but also a special tasting menu, which we got. They were able to change a few small things in the tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious. My wife and I were blown away. The service was also spectacular. Our waitress(Donna) was attentive and gave great recommendations, and used plates were quickly replaced. On the tasting menu, we had some sashimi, some broiled lobster, some wagyu beef, and a bunch of other thing including delicious desert. Sauces were amazing. While not inexpensive, it was worth every penny. I did have slight reaction next morning, that was likely from dinner, so updated review to 4 star safety. Still worth it.

Fantastic experience. I mentioned to the waiter I have Celiac Disease and he immediately responded with “so we have to ensure no cross contamination, correct”. I, of course, said yes. He said not to worry and that I would be taken care of. He said most of the menu can be safe for me and he would advise me if I selected something that couldn’t. We had the omakase and wow, it was delicious. The chef had only to make one substitution for me. FYI, they use gluten free soy and ponzu sauce.

Definitely felt safe eating here. When they called to confirm our reservation, they asked about allergies, so they made note and said our server would be informed. True to their promise, the server was very knowledgeable and gave me specific instructions about what I could and could not have, being specific about cross contact points to avoid. They even modified one of the sushi items on the menu so I could share it with the table. Our table did order one item that was not safe for me, and the waiter reminded me as he brought it out that this was the one thing I could not have. Highly recommend.

Server was very knowledgeable and told us about the precautions taken to avoid cross contact. He also explained menu and how we could make certain things gluten free. Order the scallop roll and prepare to be amazed!

Amazing sushi. They use tamari and not soy sauce so most items are or can be made GF.
