The owner's girlfriend has celiac so he's very educated about CC. The cheese is so yummy. They use dedicated utensils, etc for GF and switched over to Boar's Head meats (although not all the meats are GF). In fact, owner called after we put in an order to tell us the sausage was not GF and we should switch the order to ham. So impressed by his attention to detail. Eaten there many times with no issue.
