Looked on line for somewhere to eat gluten free for lunch. Website said that any pasta menu item could be made with gluten free pasta. Okay-excited at this point. I am a true celiac so I cannot have gluten at all. Went in and asked about gluten free. NOT!! They do not have a gluten free menu and they do not have gluten free pasta. The bartender came over and told me what was gluten free. Their potatoes even have gluten. Since I am also allergic to seafood there was really nothing for me to eat but a salad. Don't get me wrong I like salad but I was looking forward to pasta since this is what they advertise. They need to update their website. I won't go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. Just being honest and upfront would have made a lot of difference. If they truly stopped serving gluten free they have had time to update the website.
No
They no longer offer gluten free pasta and claimed that "corporate" made the change "in the last week." I now see a month-old comment on this site stating that they discontinued the gluten free pasta then. Hmmm. Seems like corporate should have had time to take their name off of sites like this. They were accommodating to make our food according to our food restrictions but they do not have separate menus for dietary restrictions nor a chart showing what is in the meals. You have to rely on your waitron for quality control.
No longer offer a gluten free menu, but still offer gluten free pasta. Very knowledgeable.
First visit since my daughter was diagnosed with Celiacs. Their pasta was awesome. They use a mixed rice & corn pasta which makes is taste more like the wheat pasta we are used to. Friendly educated staff and a nice gluten free menu. Will definitely be back.

Great GF pasta options with the create-your-own pasta!
The food was great, the staff was knowledgeable about what food was gluten free (all penne). They were very accommodating. The gluten free pasta serving size is 1/4 the size of the normal pasta serving size for the same price.

Unfortunately they were out of gluten free pasta and other options are very limited especially for a picky eater who just wanted Mac and cheese.

Currently they do not have GF pasta options. However staff were knowledgeable about GF & cross contamination. The caesar salad w/out croutons, with chicken or shrimp is very good. Grilled salmon with side of spinach instead or orzo a good option as well. The service was excellent.

As of 7/21/22, they did not have gluten free pasta as an option. Although the macaroni grill website appears to show gluten free pasta available, this location said they didn’t have any and offered no explanation.

Their menu has zero gluten free substitutes/options. I asked our server for gluten free options and she ended up bringing me an allergy menu after we asked multiple times. When I ordered my dish she just seemed very bothered by the fact that I had an allergy and she had to deal with it. Granted I know it’s a pasta establishment but still. I ended up ordering the create your own pasta with the pomodorino sauce, their gluten free pasta, and some chicken and spinach. It was pretty good, it’s just the service and attitude that was subpar.
