We came in about 15 minutes before closing time and they went out of the way to make me a burger with gluten free bread and roasted potatoes ( as a sub for French fries). The meal was really good and the staff was awesome!
I was told the granola is not gluten free and that the menu is not even really up to date on what is or isn’t gluten free. I guess 3 stars because they knew what gluten was? It was a skip for me.
The menu is marked with what is GF and what isn’t, I’m sure you can ask to make the things like omelets and what not gluten free as well. I got the granola bowl and it was good for the price!

Menu has numerous gluten free options and clear labelling. But if you ask for gluten free bread you can pretty much substitute anything on the menu! Was great for my friend who is gluten intolerant. GF bread a little doughy but does the job ☺🥖
Compared to other gf experiences in Florence this spot was only fair. No gr menu, out of gf bread and not really prepared for my requests.
Not marked on the menu, but when asked they told me bagels, toasts, burgers can be made gluten free. I asked for fremch toast! Really great!
