This is a great spot for a burger and fries. Delicious food, felt very comfortable with the food safety. The have dedicated fryers for the fries and gluten free things. The buns are pretty good too!

Fantastic! Food was excellent. Unbelievably friendly service. And knowledgeable! Before I could finish asking about a dedicated fryer our server let us know I could eat the fries.

Had the pozole and husband got a banh mi turkey burger. Both were excellent. If I had another layover I'd definitely stop in again.

I was so happy to find a place to eat before my flight that didn't make me sick! Our waitress was knowledgeable about cross-contamination and the menu was clearly marked. I had a burger and sweet potato fries, it was all delicious. I will definitely go back next time I'm flying through.

Update 7/7/23 Still great! Tons of gluten free options. This is the only place in the airport I’ll go as I know they understand cross-contamination and gluten. I imagine the fryer is still shared but have not asked - I always sub for the chips. Minus one heart since there’s a risk of cross-contamination but I’ve never had an issue.

Update 7/19/19 - Fantastic and safe as always. Turkey club with a salad. It came out with an Allergy label on it. Chocolate Bomb is seriously good as well.

Older - Was told the fryer is shared and NOT GF. Otherwise it was great food! Had the turkey sandwich and subbed the fries for chips. 2 of 3 dessert options are GF as well!

I get like a normal person here! The GF bread wasn’t falling apart like crazy, I had a Philly for the first time since I was diagnosed!!! I could cry. I said gluten free bread and celiac and the waiter was so kind and articulated that he knew what to do without me even asking. When he brought it out he notes the fries were fried in a GF fryer and the bread was GF without me asking. The food was great. I wish more airports had a safe place like this!! I had 0 reaction whatsoever

Found this wonderful celiac safe lunch place on my Find Me GF app at the Denver International Airport (Terminal C). I ordered the beet salad with grilled salmon as a protein add-on. It was a large portion, beautifully plated, and very fresh. The place was jam packed so I was seated at the bar facing outward (good people watching). The woman next to me was also celiac & ordered the turkey club sandwich with sweet potato fries…that looked appetizing as well. Service was good but slow…in their defense, it was wall to wall people that day. Truly a gift to find such good quality food at the airport. Bravo Denver International!!!

Had to stop here after the all positive reviews. It’s always a little scary finding a Celiac safe place to eat especially at the airport, but it seems people with Celiac/gluten intolerance eat here all the time. Amazing in the C terminal somewhere before the c41 gate. One of the most amazing burgers I have ever had. Dedicated friers. I got the sweet potato fries and their burger. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant/bar in Concourse C at Denver airport! The waitress told us the restaurant specializes in allergies so great with dietary restrictions, and the entire menu is available the entire time they’re open - so if your internal clock is on a different time zone you can have lunch at 7 am! Important to specify a gluten allergy when ordering, as they only fry French fries in a dedicated space if you ask them to. They switched two of our fry orders - one for a Celiac person and one not - but because we had GF folks in our party they fried them all separately! And the food tasted great too!
