Overall I would not recommend. The waitress we got didn’t speak enough English to understand. I’d ask if it was gluten free and she’d respond with “chips aren’t free”, I’d explain what gluten meant and she’d say ok and she understood and I’d ask what was safe and she’d tell me what people like the best. I’d go into I can’t have flour and she still ask if I wanted corn or flour tortillas. Definitely didn’t feel safe. On top of that they seemed very expensive the food was good but the margs were just ok. They charged $6 for chips and salsa (it was listed as 4) and it comes in a super small basket with two small salsas. They were good flavors but waaay too expensive. Their house marg was stupid sweet.

I called to check about the gluten free options and was told the chops were not gluten free as they were fried in a shared fryer. I would be interested to know if this has changed?

Let's start with the prompt seating, super friendly waitresses. A delicious margarita (not your normal pre-mixed yuck. Although do add the lime slice as they're a bit on the sweet side.), chips and salsa which are purchased but well worth it & they're also gluten-free. I had the carne Asada taco and pescado al a.... The tortillas oh my goodness!!! I make my own and these taste homemade, they're made specifically for the tacos.

Now let's talk allergies! I am gluten and dairy free (super sensitive to gluten and dairy both). The waitress was super knowledgeable and helpful. I will tell you this is very reminiscent of a little place we used to go in downtown Denver and I drive an hour plus to all places as I live on a ranch in eastern Colorado.

They have options for everyone including our milk allergic and vegan, competitive cheerleading daughter. Also super respectful of everyone's right to choose. Aka hope you know what I mean!

Great experience here with our daughter. She loves the chips and guacamole. Many of the tacos are gluten free. Good fish options as well. The staff has been knowledgeable about GF options but also check when not sure. We have been here 3x now and she has had very good experiences.
